Hello, I’m Lizzie Martin. Thanks for finding my website! My practice is based in High Wycombe Buckinghamshire HP13. Close to Beaconsfield and the M40 and situated a few minutes drive from High Wycombe Town centre it is easy to find and there is off road parking in my drive as I work from home.

I work with my clients in an integrated and intuitive way. By a process of listening, discussion and agreement and taking into account their entire being - physical, emotional and spiritual - we agree a way forward. It is a holistic approach, supported by my experience and qualifications in a wide number of therapies that include: Reflexology, Touch For Health/Kinesiology, Stress Management, Reiki/Energy Healing and Balancing. I help my clients to find ways to feel good about themselves and their bodies and to improve general wellness.

I specialise in stress management and related conditions eg digestive disorders (IBS), emotional issues and muscular tension - back, neck and shoulder pain, migraine/headaches. Also menstrual, hormonal imbalances, infertility and complementing the natural state of pregnancy by helping to reduce some of the symptoms and improve well- being. If they wish I can help guide clients in their self-development work using meditation, mindfulness , visualisations, chakra balancing, and Energy Medicine exercises
