Lizzie Martin
Lizzie is a qualified practitioner with 9 years' experience. She is a member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR), ITEC and the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET). Lizzie trained with the Massage Training Institute (MTI), where she studied Holistic Massage and anatomy & physiology, and with the Middlesex School of Complementary Therapies taking a course in Hot Stone Massage. She regularly updates her skills by attending seminars and training courses including Advanced Reflexology Techniques (ART) and Maternity Reflexology.Lizzie is the Bucks Area Leader for the Association of Reflexologists running a support group from High Wycombe for the continuous professional development of Reflexologists in Buckinghamshire
Lizzie runs a busy Reflexology, Massage and Reiki Healing practice from her treatment room based at home in High Wycombe. There is easy access from High Wycombe Town Centre and local areas such as Hughenden Valley, Speen, Naphill, Downley, West Wycombe, Prestwood, Great Missenden, Hazlemere, Holmer Green, Amersham, Cressex, Loudwater, Beaconsfield and Marlow .
Lizzie teaches meditation on a one to one basis from her home practice in High Wycombe and is also available to teach groups if a minimum 4 people would like to learn together. The tuition ranges from beginners to advanced. Lizzie has 30 years of experience of using various meditation techniques and adult training.
Meditation is a technique which gives a unique quality of rest to mind and body. It allows stress and tiredness to be released in a natural way, resulting in greater energy, clarity and enjoyment of life.
Lizzie also works with clients referred by South Bucks Carers and as a Complementary Therapist volunteer for Iain Rennie Hospice at Home.
